1. Acceptance
- By using sloechka.info, you agree to these Terms of Service.
- If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Services
- Sloechka Tour provides consulting services for visa processing and travel planning.
- We act as consultants and intermediaries. The final visa decision rests with the relevant embassy or consulate.
- We are not liable for visa refusals when the client has provided a complete and accurate document package.
3. Consultations and payment
- The initial consultation is free of charge.
- Further services are billed according to the agreed price list.
- Payment and refund terms are agreed individually before services begin.
4. Gift certificates and payments
- Gift certificates can be purchased on the site via a secure payment form.
- Payments are processed by Stripe — an international payment processor compliant with PCI DSS. Your card data is never stored on our servers and is not accessible to us.
- A gift certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and is non-refundable.
- If a technical error occurs during payment, no charge is made. If you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days: concierge@sloechka.info
5. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information for document preparation.
- Respond to requests promptly and supply required documents on time.
- Independently verify embassy requirements and the accuracy of provided information.
6. Limitation of liability
- Sloechka Tour is not liable for decisions made by government bodies, embassies, or consulates.
- We do not guarantee 100% visa approval, but commit to preparing the highest-quality application possible.
- Sloechka Tour is not liable for force majeure events: legislative changes, border closures, strikes, etc.
7. Intellectual property
- All site content (texts, images, logos) belongs to Sloechka Tour or is used on a lawful basis.
- Copying materials without permission is prohibited.
8. Changes
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
- By continuing to use the site, you accept the updated Terms.
