- We are not liable for visa refusals when the client has provided a complete and accurate document package.
3. Consultations
- The initial consultation is free of charge.
- Further services are billed according to the agreed price list.
- Payment and refund terms are agreed individually before services begin.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information for document preparation.
- Respond to requests promptly and supply required documents on time.
- Independently verify embassy requirements and the accuracy of provided information.
5. Limitation of liability
- Sloechka Tour is not liable for decisions made by government bodies, embassies, or consulates.
- We do not guarantee 100% visa approval, but commit to preparing the highest-quality application possible.
- Sloechka Tour is not liable for force majeure events: legislative changes, border closures, strikes, etc.
6. Intellectual property
- All site content (texts, images, logos) belongs to Sloechka Tour or is used on a lawful basis.
- Copying materials without permission is prohibited.
