Contact forms: name, phone number or email, message text.
Consultation bookings via Calendly: name, email, selected time.
Analytics: anonymised page visit data (IP address is anonymised, browser, device, on-page actions) via Google Analytics 4.
Marketing: ad interaction data (Meta Pixel / Facebook Pixel) — only with your consent via the cookie banner.
Payments: when purchasing gift certificates — payer name and email. Card data is processed exclusively by Stripe and never reaches our servers.
